Global Cardio Care, Inc. launched in 2002 by CEO Sara Soulati. As a management firm that aligns with physician practices, Global Cardio Care is located in the heart of urban Los Angeles in Inglewood. The physician practice she manages delivers Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP), an alternative cardiovascular therapy.

Sara Soulati is a pioneer and leading authority in the field of EECP. Since 1996, she has tested and used EECP in sports protocol for elite athletes and measured its efficacy on hypertension, diabetes and stroke. 

In addition to the Inglewood clinic, Global Cardio Care Centers, the largest outpatient center in the world dedicated to  EECP, Soulati also manages Global Cardio Care West Los Angeles.

EECP is combined with the Sara Soulati Health For Life Program, a disease prevention and lifestyle modification program that helps fight, prevent and eliminate cardiovascular disease with plant-based nutrition, screening, coaching with love, support, education, and EECP.
